THE CLASS TO START IT ALL.

Beginner

Friendly

Learn the foundations of Reformer Pilates in this class as we workout your core and get you strong. Train your full body muscle control, balance, coordination in this beginner-friendly class. You will also get to know the operability of the reformer equipment.

Please attend a minimum of 5 classes of reformer basics in order to join our higher level classes.

Level

Work at shaping the three A's: arms, abs and ass in this class as we help you get that toned body you’ve always wanted. Sculpt your body with exercises that will not only focus on strengthening your stability core muscles, but get your arms, legs and ass burning as well.
